LA’s newest hybrid home is taking this town by storm. As one of the first developers to build this type of single family home, we’ve been instrumental in clearing out the gray areas with Building and Safety, while creating mass awareness of SLO homes. In fact, we’ve been giving lectures at the all the major realty brokerages to educate them on this new type of home. This ordinance has created amazing opportunities for developers, but these homes have to be done right.

Our 23 home small lot development, The Mews in Atwater Village was called a model case study home by City of Los Angeles' Urban Design Division as the SLO done right, utilizing urban sustainability, neighborhood integration and eco-friendly building standards.
